How do I know what my size is?

To know which size corresponds to you before buying any corresponding item, you must correctly measure your chest, waist and hips. Once you have the measurements, you must go to the measurement table and see which size would correspond to your measurements.

What does One Size mean?

One Size refers to a single size, this means that all items that have One Size are all under the same measurement that is equivalent to sizes SMALL, MEDIUM AND LARGE.

How can I exchange a dress that is too small for me?

If an item you have purchased is too small for you, you have the right to exchange it for a size or two larger, provided there is availability. Otherwise, the money for the dress will be refunded once you have returned the item to the EOS MILANO store.

How can I change an order that I have already received?

If you have already received your order and want to exchange it for another item or size, you must meet the following requirements:
- Make the return within a maximum period of 15 days from the day you received it.
- The item cannot be damaged or used, it cannot have perfume or makeup smells or anything that indicates that you have used it.
- You can exchange it for a larger or smaller size if applicable or for another item from the store of equivalent value or you can receive a full refund of the order.
- The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the buyer and you have a maximum of 15 days to send it to the store.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 15 days from receiving your order to make a return to EOS MILANO.

How can I cancel an order that has not yet arrived?

To cancel an order that you have not yet received depends on the circumstances of the order. If it has been shipped, you must wait to receive it in order to return it to the store. If it has not yet left our warehouse within a maximum period of 2 days after having placed the online order, you can cancel it by clicking cancel from your user account. How does refunding an order work?

When we receive the product to be refunded, or the cancellation before a product is sent, we make the refund within a maximum period of 7 working days and you will receive it in the same method you used to purchase it, which can be Paypal, cards or bank account. Once we have made the refund you will be notified and it will take the time it takes your bank to receive the money.
